Sean Madrid powers Shape Machine
I work across product, UX, and engineering to design systems that make complexity functional. My background spans product development, automation, and systems thinking. I focus on how tools like large language models amplify what's possible in strategy, analysis, and execution. More recently, that work has extended into agent orchestration — composing LLM-driven tools, MCP servers, and multi-step agent workflows into systems that reliably do real work.
I've spent years working with blockchain infrastructure as a product. I believe in its power to create verifiable, trustless systems. The hype is noise. I prefer to focus on solving its actual problems.
